The hotel we stayed in had lovely rooms, with high-quality furnishings and a beautiful view. The spa facilities were spacious and offered a variety of activities. One of the best aspects was the location, as it was in close proximity to key attractions and had easy access to public transport.
One of the worst aspects was the noise from the children, especially during meal times. The food wasn't up to par with what I was expecting and the service was a bit slow.

This hotel is the perfect getaway for those seeking a luxurious and relaxing stay. the staff provided excellent service, fulfilling our every need. the spa and wellness centre offered exclusive amenities such as full body massages, body wraps, and facials, all of which were top-notch. the indoor swimming pool was clean and inviting, and the sun loungers on the sun terrace were a pleasant touch. In-room breakfast was a delightful experience, with a variety of options to choose from. the restaurant offered special diet menus and Michelin star quality cuisine. this venue provided an unforgettable and exclusive experience.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of entertainment options in the evening. Although the hotel offers a variety of facilities, there were limited activities to do after dinner.

We had an amazing stay with spacious and comfortable rooms that were impeccably clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch and we were particularly impressed by the spa, which was incredibly relaxing. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mirela, our waitress who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We also loved the location, which was close to the ski slopes, and the fact that parking and transportation were readily available. Finally, the breakfast was delicious!
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Spent xmas in a wellness hotel in a picturesque valley surrounded by majestic mountains. The hotel's key location allowed us to take long walks, breathe the fresh air, and really relax. We enjoyed daily access to the wellness facilities and a variety of saunas, as well as an indoor pool. The professional conduct of the staff and the delicious food made our stay all the more enjoyable. We particularly liked the festive xmas dinner with its traditional dishes and the Christmas music and decorations that created a cozy atmosphere.
The internet connection was slow and not very reliable, and we had some trouble connecting with our loved ones during the festive season. Additionally, the spa and wellness treatments were quite expensive, making it harder to fully enjoy all the benefits the hotel had to offer. Lastly, the hotel could have further improved by offering more variety in its breakfast choices. we had an enjoyable stay but there is certainly room for improvement.
